Three forms on this site ask you to type something, and only two of them send what you typed anywhere. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Below is what each form carries, who reads it, and how to have it deleted.
This site belongs to LocalPro Carpet Cleaning, serving Chattanooga, Tennessee and the towns around it.
What the booking form sends
It starts with your zip code on its own. That one field goes to our scheduling system at office.localprocleaner.com so the system can hand back the days and arrival times that are genuinely open where you live. Nothing else travels with it.
When you finish the form, it sends your name, phone number and street address, the three it will not send without, plus the apartment or unit, city, email address and note if you chose to fill those in. Along with them go the services you ticked, the room count, the day and arrival time you picked, and the address of the page you booked from. If you used the price estimator higher up that page, the basket you built there goes too, so nobody has to ask you for it twice. A link that names a technician passes that name along as your request.
Your confirmation arrives by text, and by email as well if you left an address. The page you land on next carries a one-time code in its address bar, and it sends back that code alone to read your appointment out to you. No money changes hands on this site. The rooms get measured at your door, the exact figure goes on paper, and you say yes to it before any cleaning starts.
What the zip checker sends
Nothing. The list of zip codes we cover is built into the page you are already reading, so checking yours is a lookup inside your own browser, and the five digits never leave your device. If your zip is not on that list, the page offers you a text message with the zip already typed into it. That message goes nowhere unless you decide to send it.
What the request form sends
Under the price estimator there is a button that offers to email or text you the quote. It opens a short form: your name, an email address or a phone number depending on which way you want it sent, your zip code, and a note if you have one. That form sends those fields, the delivery method you picked, the numbers you just built in the estimator, and the page you were on, to the same office system. We use it to send you the quote and to follow up about it.
When you call or message us
Our call line is 423-284-0493, answered Mon–Sat 8 AM–6 PM, with Sunday off. You can also text the same number. Either way we keep the basics it takes to do the work: your name, your number, the address and what you want cleaned.
Texting consent
Giving us your number, either on a form here or by texting us first, tells us we may reply by text about that request: scheduling, quotes, confirmations and questions about the job in front of us. It is a reply about your own job, not a seat on a marketing list. Your carrier's message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any of our texts and the texting stops.
Who reads what you send
The office staff who build your schedule, the technician assigned to your address, and the card processor if you pay by card at the end of the job. Everybody else who sees your address is our own trained employee, never a subcontractor. None of it is for sale, and none of it is rented, swapped or handed to an advertiser.
What these pages do not do
There is no analytics script counting your clicks here, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie, and nothing kept in your browser between visits. Nothing on this site is set up to follow you from page to page, or from here to somewhere else. The fonts, styles, scripts and photographs on these pages all load from this site's own server.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Email support@localprocleaner.com or call 423-284-0493 and ask. We will read back what is on file under your name, correct anything wrong, or delete it. Records attached to a job we have already done stay in our books, along with whatever the "Love the clean or it's free" promise might need later.
If any of this changes
