Chattanooga carpet cleaning, dry in about an hour

  • Three rooms from $109
  • Dry in about an hour
  • Safe for kids and pets
  • Love the clean or it's free.
  • Mon–Sat 8 AM–6 PM

The wall-to-wall carpet, the rugs sitting on it, the sofa beside it and the corner the dog keeps finding all fit into one visit. Our technician reads the label on every piece first, then runs a low-moisture clean that loosens the soil at the base of the pile and lifts it back out.

Family-owned, with technicians who live and work in Chattanooga and the towns around it. The person who answers your call is on our staff, and so is the person who cleans your carpet.

The short version

What the visit includes, and how soon the room is yours again

Three rooms start at $109, and that covers 450 square feet of carpet. Everything is dry in about an hour, and 510 Google reviewers have us at 4.9.

We are LocalPro Carpet Cleaning, family-owned. Carpet is the bulk of it, and the same visit takes in area rugs, sofas and pet accidents, from St. Elmo to the top of Signal Mountain.

Every house measures out differently, so our technician walks the rooms with you and counts what is actually being cleaned. Add a room at the door if you want to; the day usually has time in it, and the technician already standing there is the one who does the work.

The equipment we run is a generation past the soaking machines most of this market still uses. It works the soil loose down at the base of the carpet fibers and lifts it out with a fraction of the water, so the clean goes deeper, nothing sticky is left behind, and the carpet stays cleaner about three times longer than it does after a soapy job.

How the day goes

Why the floor is dry before supper

Most machines put several gallons into the pile and leave a fan to deal with the rest. Ours is newer thinking: a measured amount of solution, the soil worked loose and lifted back out along with it, so the clean goes deeper and nothing is left in the carpet to turn tacky.

Same job, same clock, and the rest of your day is not the same

~1 HOUR Dry in about an hour The way we do it
6–24 HOURS Damp the rest of the day A soaking clean
  • You can walk it in socks
  • Sofa back against the wall
  • Kids and dogs turned loose
  • Damp socks all evening
  • Fans borrowed from the garage
  • Half the house off limits

The walk-through comes first

You point out what bothers you, our technician measures the rooms, and the total goes in writing. Nothing gets carried in until you have agreed to it.

Advanced equipment, no soap film

Non-toxic solution, a fraction of the water, and the fibers left bare. That is where the long clean comes from.

Spots get named one at a time

Dirt tracked in off a job site, an old urine ring, spilled coffee. Each one gets the treatment it needs, because none of the three come out the same way.

Furniture goes back down

Beds made, rugs back, kids and dogs turned loose. Your evening is not spent on tiptoe around a wet room.

Stays cleaner 3× Longer between cleanings measured against a soapy conventional clean

Why does carpet feel tacky a few days after it was cleaned?

Because the soap never all came back out. Whatever the machine leaves behind dries down into the carpet as a film, and film is glue. The next shoe that crosses the room hands its dirt straight to it.

✓Bare fiber, nothing coating itWe work with a fraction of the water and a solution that lifts out with the soil, so the fibers are left clean instead of coated.
✓Stays cleaner about 3× longerCarpet cleaned this way holds its look roughly three times as long between visits as carpet left with detergent sitting in it.
✓Stains don’t wick back after we leaveA spot that reappears a few days after a cleaning is residue wicking up from below as the carpet dries. Our process lifts it out instead of pushing it down, so that comeback is kept to a minimum.
✓Dry in about an hourLess water in means no soaked pile and no fans humming all evening. Beds get made and dogs get let back in the same afternoon.

Built for every fabric

One low-moisture process, every cleaning code

Most of what ends up in a carpet is dry soil walked in from outside, and it works its way down to the base of the fibers where a surface wash never reaches. Our process loosens it there and lifts it back out instead of pushing it deeper. That is the difference between a floor that looks clean on Friday and one that still looks clean in the spring.

The care tag decides the rest. Wall-to-wall nylon, a wool rug that cannot take much water, a linen sofa coded S, a velvet chair coded X: each tag is read at the door, and the solution and the pace get picked from what it says. The same low-moisture process suits all four codes, and the products are non-toxic and gentle around children and animals.

Three things worth knowing before you book
  • Let tracked-in mud dry, then vacuum it. Wiping it wet drives it into the base of the carpet fibers.
  • Check the tag under the cushion before you book a sofa. W, S, WS or X tells our technician which method your fabric gets.
  • Odor that comes back after a surface wash is old urine still in the backing. The protein and enzyme treatment is what takes that apart.

Rather talk it through, or need a time you don't see? Call 423-284-0493 or text the same number — we answer Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Questions people ask before the first visit

How much does it cost to clean the carpet in a four-bedroom house near Chattanooga?

Three rooms start at $109 together, and that covers 450 square feet. A room beyond those three typically runs $40 to $50 on top, a hallway around $20 to $30, stairs about $40 to $50 for the flight. Four carpeted bedrooms with the hall and one set of stairs typically works out between $209 and $239. Call 423-284-0493 and we will walk through your own rooms with you.

Will the carpet be dry before the kids get home from school?

Almost always. A low-moisture clean leaves a small share of the water a soaking clean does, so a morning appointment is back in use by early afternoon. Furniture goes down, the dog comes off the porch, and nobody spends the evening stepping around towels.

Is the number I text the same one I call?

Yes. One number does both. 423-284-0493 rings our own office, and a text to that same number is read by the same staff through the working day. There is nothing else to write down.

Can one visit cover the carpet, the area rugs and the sectional?

Yes, and most people book it that way. Every area rug gets cleaned right there on your floor, with wool and silk and hand-knotted Oriental each handled the way its label asks, and nothing is rolled up and driven away. Sofas and sectionals are worked piece by piece the same afternoon. One technician, one trip.

Which towns does the Chattanooga crew reach on a normal week?

Twenty-nine of them. Hamilton, Bradley, Marion and Sequatchie counties on the Tennessee side, plus Catoosa, Walker and Whitfield over the Georgia line. Red Bank, Hixson, East Ridge, Ooltewah, Cleveland, Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe and Rocky Face are on the board most weeks, all worked off the same standard.

Who picks up when I call, and is the technician who comes out local?

Our own staff takes the calls six days a week, 8 AM until 6 PM with Sunday off, and every technician is an employee of ours who lives and works around Chattanooga rather than a subcontractor. We are family-owned, and no part of your booking runs through a national call center.

What do you do if the floor still bothers me the morning after?

Ring the office. We come back and redo the area at no charge, and if it still is not right we tear up the invoice. That is the whole of the guarantee: love the clean or it's free. Pet treatments come with their own 100% pet odor removal guarantee as well.
