A LocalPro technician in a company shirt, out of our own van. That person is our employee, not somebody we hired for the morning. If you want the name beforehand, call 423-284-0493 and the office will read it off the schedule.

Can I ask for the same person who came out last time?

Yes. Text 423-284-0493 with the name when you book and we will try to put that technician on your job. Routes are built around where the van already is, so holding one name can cost you a few days, and we say so up front.

How does a technician end up listed on this page?

If something goes wrong, do I talk to the technician or the office?
