Low-moisture cleaning that pulls barn dust up out of the pile, with the floor dry and back in use about an hour later. The unpaved drive is not a problem, and neither is the barn at the end of it.

Why Apison calls us
A low-moisture deep clean that lifts the soil out instead of driving it deeper, dry in about an hour, done by our own trained employees — and if you are not happy we re-clean it free. Still not happy and the visit costs you nothing. That promise is the same at every door in Apison.

These are our live openings — booking takes under two minutes. Pick a day and a time and the job goes on our board. No phone tag, no waiting around for a callback.

The short answer
Three rooms of Apison carpet start at $109 at LocalPro, 450 square feet of it between them. Apison is twenty-two miles from downtown Chattanooga, roughly half an hour out Apison Pike. Whoever pulls up the drive works for us directly, and has been trained on every fiber an acreage house tends to hold.
Two ways in. East Brainerd Road runs straight out from East Brainerd, or you run I-75 to Exit 11 and come east on Apison Pike through Collegedale. Our crews drive both most weeks, and the last few miles are country either way.
Call 423-284-0493 and give us two things: how many carpeted bedrooms are in the house, and whether there is a bonus room or a finished flex space over the garage. In an Apison house that is usually the entire quote. If there is stock on the place, mention it, because it changes what we load in the van.
Our Promise
Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.
By the piece
What is actually out here

Take the Pike toward the Collegedale and Ooltewah-Ringgold side and you pass new production homes on graded subdivision lots. Capstone Estates went in as 57 houses from Smith Douglas. Chestnut Creek Crossing mixes single-family plans with townhomes. The Farms at Creekside is the Pratt Home Builders community near Ooltewah-Ringgold Road.
Those are Craftsman elevations with hard flooring downstairs and carpet kept where the family sleeps: bedrooms, the upstairs landing, the bonus room. Modest carpeted footage, walked by the same feet along the same lines, the way it goes in any newer subdivision on this side of the county.
Keep driving and the lots start being measured in acres. Barns, pasture, ponds, unpaved private drives, and septic tanks, because sewer is only now working its way into parts of the community. Out there the carpet was picked on purpose rather than left behind by a builder, and it is often the kind that asks to be handled with some care: wool, a dense cut pile, an Oriental rug under the dining table. Our technician checks what the fiber is before a drop of anything goes down.
That is where the low-moisture process earns its keep. It is the safe method whatever the cleaning code says, W, S, WS or X alike, so a solvent-only fabric or a delicate weave gets the same careful pass as the hallway carpet.
The Apison job
Every house with land has a mudroom, a bench, a boot tray and a rule about shoes. Every house with land also has somebody who came through it in a hurry looking for a phone charger. Hay chaff, pasture mud, barn dust and driveway grit get past that door every single day, and the carpet waiting on the other side is not cheap carpet.
That is what separates this from a subdivision call. We are rarely cleaning three rooms of builder carpet here. We are cleaning four or five bedrooms of good carpet, plus a bonus room, plus a finished flex space, in a house where somebody chose the floor on purpose and paid for the choice.
Plenty of Apison lots carry a barn and a drive looped wide enough to swing a horse trailer around. A property like that has a working side and a living side, and the traffic between the two never really stops.
Then there is the part nobody outside the community thinks about. No city hall, no city crew, no sidewalks, no streetlights. The grit at your front door is whatever your own land makes and whatever the drive gives up: sand, dry soil and fine dust.
Dry soil drops. It settles at the bottom of the pile, below anything a vacuum head reaches, and shows up as a tired-looking lane well before anyone would call it a stain. We break the oily film that holds it in place, agitate it loose, and lift it with very little water. The floor is dry in about an hour, and it stays clean roughly three times longer than a soapy job that leaves residue sitting in the fiber. Here is how the low-moisture process works.
Our solutions are gentle enough for a house where children and dogs will be back on that floor before supper, and the person doing the cleaning is on our own payroll, hired and put through our training. Households that want the bedrooms taken a step further add an allergy treatment to those rooms only, and it is low moisture too, so they are back in use with the rest of the house.
Our own work
Every frame was shot in the room by the technician who did the cleaning, on a paying customer's job. The owner went through everything the company holds and chose these.

Published, not invented at the door
These are the Apison numbers. A technician walking the house does not change any of them.
| What we are cleaning | Starts at |
|---|---|
| First three rooms, 450 sq ft total | from $109 |
| Bedroom four, five, six | typically $40–50 each |
| Bonus room or finished flex space | typically $50–100 |
| Hall or upstairs landing | typically $20–30 |
| Staircase, one flight | typically $40–50 |
| Pet stain and odor, per room (pet visits from $149) | typically $30–40 |
| High-traffic lane treatment, per room | typically $20–30 |
| Protectant or sanitizer, per room (visits from $119) | typically $20–30 |
| Area rug on your own floor, per square foot | from $1 |
| Every visit | from $99 |
The bonus room is the line people forget on the phone. In the plans going up along the Pike it is often the biggest carpeted space in the house, and it counts as a large room. Say it when you book and the technician turns up ready for it.
Pet work is the add-on this community asks for most, which follows from how many households here keep dogs alongside everything else on the property. Pet stain and odor treatment uses an enzyme that takes the source apart, and the smell itself sits under our 100% pet odor removal guarantee. Should the smell ever turn up again, that area gets treated a second time at no charge.
Area rugs are cleaned the same careful way whatever the fiber is, wool and silk and Oriental included, and the work happens on your own floor, in whichever room you keep it in. Nothing of yours leaves the house. Upholstery is handled piece by piece, and the care tag on each one gets read before anything is chosen for it. The full sheet lives on the pricing page.

Who shows up
The person at your door is our own trained, insured LocalPro employee in a company shirt — respectful of your home, careful with everything from the doorway in, and willing to talk you through what your carpet needs before a machine is switched on.
from $1093 rooms cleaned
We cover every address in Apison and all 29 towns on our routes — the same trained technicians and the same guarantee at every one of them.
That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
Almost always, and we sort it out when you book. What we want to know is whether there is a gate, a cattle guard, low limbs over the track, and room to turn around at the house. If the drive is soft and we would cut ruts into it, we park where the ground is firm and carry the gear the rest of the way in. Out here that is a normal job, not an exception, and it does not change the price.
Yes, and it is one of the more satisfying ones to do. Barn dust is dry, fine and heavy, so it falls straight down through the pile and packs in at the base where a vacuum head never reaches. Hay chaff sits on top and comes up before we start. The fine material underneath needs a solution that breaks the oily film holding it, agitation to free it, then a low-moisture lift. The room is back in use the same morning, with no residue left in the fiber to catch the next load.
The first three rooms start at $109, and that covers 450 square feet between them. Bedrooms four and five typically run $40 to $50 each, and a bonus room bills as a large room, typically $50 to $100. That usually puts the house between $239 and $309 before you add a hall, typically $20 to $30, or a flight of stairs, typically $40 to $50. Our technician measures, counts the flights, and writes the exact figure down before any equipment comes inside, and that figure does not move once the work starts.
They do, because they leave different problems behind. Horses give you soil: barn dust, pasture mud and hay chaff, all of it dry and abrasive, and a high-traffic treatment, typically $20 to $30 a room, is what lifts a lane that has been loaded for years. Dogs give you urine, which is a protein and needs an enzyme treatment that breaks it down at the source instead of covering it over. That is typically $30 to $40 a room, the pet visit starts at $149, and our 100% pet odor removal guarantee applies.
No. Layton Lane sits well inside the area we cover, and the prices on this page are the same ones we quote downtown, and every visit starts at $99. Apison is twenty-two road miles from downtown Chattanooga, about half an hour out Apison Pike or by way of Exit 11 and Collegedale, and it sits on a standing east-county run. Traffic on the Pike can add time to a morning, and we build that into the arrival time rather than the invoice. Call or text 423-284-0493.

Collegedale is up the Pike, Ooltewah is back toward Exit 11, and McDonald is east toward Cleveland. Apison is one of 29 towns we publish a route to.
Directions here get given by landmark, because there is no downtown to give them by. Apison Elementary at 10433 East Brainerd Road is the one nearly everybody uses, with East Hamilton Middle sitting right next door to it. The Tres Dias retreat center in the old school building is the other. Tell us which one you are out past and the technician will find the place.
