29 towns, two states, one route sheet
Twenty of our town pages sit in Tennessee and nine are in Georgia, and all twenty-nine get the job done the same way: a trained employee of ours at the door, a low-moisture clean that is gentle on every fiber and every care code, and a floor dry in about an hour. Three rooms start at $109 in all of them, with nothing added for mileage and nothing added for crossing the state line.
72 jobs came off this route sheet in the last ninety days, from the Marion County end of I-24 to the Whitfield County end of I-75. Vans roll Monday to Saturday, 8 AM until 6 PM. Call 423-284-0493 and we will tell you which day is headed your way, or text us on 423-284-0493.

Four counties in Tennessee, three in Georgia
This valley pays no attention to the state line, and neither does our schedule. A crew that starts the morning on the Tennessee side can be working in Georgia before nine, and most days one of them is.
Hamilton County and the ridges around it
Fourteen of the twenty-nine pages sit in Hamilton County, which carries the bulk of the work. It is also the most awkward county to plan a day in: the river cuts it in half, Missionary Ridge stands between downtown and the east side, and Walden Ridge walls off the north. People here give directions by the Bachman Tubes, Chickamauga Dam and the Scenic Highway switchbacks, and we route the vans the same way.
Anything inside the county is an ordinary booking, mountain climbs included. Every one of those addresses gets the same equipment and the same method: a deeper clean than a soaking machine manages, and a floor that holds it roughly three times longer.
Bradley, Marion and Sequatchie
Northeast of town, I-75 exits 20, 25 and 27 carry the Bradley County work, 35 to 40 minutes out. West, I-24 drops down the river gorge to the Marion County exits. North, 127 climbs over the top of the mountain and down into the Sequatchie Valley, a 45-minute trip for what the map makes look like a short one.
Those three counties are the long end of the sheet, so we group them. A van does not go 40 miles for one three-room job. We hold a day for that side of the schedule and fill it. The crew, the equipment and the method are the same as they are downtown; what you give up is a same-day opening.
Catoosa, Walker and Whitfield, across the Georgia line
Nine of our town pages sit in North Georgia, and the border itself is a non-event. Rossville Boulevard crosses it inside one continuous neighborhood. US-27 is nine miles from downtown to Battlefield Parkway. I-75 leaves Tennessee at exit 348, and Highway 193 runs the valley floor with Lookout Mountain standing over it the whole way. At the far southern end sits Rocky Face, the Whitfield County end of the sheet, around 35 minutes out.
Georgia addresses get the same promise and the same low-moisture process as Tennessee ones: safe for every cleaning code on a care tag, W, S, WS and X alike, with solutions mild enough for a household that has toddlers and a dog in it.
On the route without a page of their own
Seven communities get cleaned regularly without a page here, nearly always because their mail is addressed to the town next door. Here is where each lands on the schedule.
Walden and the Taft Highway side
Walden has a town hall at 1836 Taft Highway and a Friday night of its own at the Mountain Opry, and it still shares ZIP 37377 with Signal Mountain, Fairmount and Lone Oak. Your mail says one thing, the booking form says another. We put Walden on the mountain days, so the climb up 127 is already paid for by the time we reach your driveway.
Falling Water
Every address up there is written Hixson 37343, so that is where the zip box will send you. It is worth naming anyway, because the long drives at the foot of Walden Ridge carry a lot of grit indoors, and the stair treads show it first. Our technician walks those stairs with you, matches the method to the fiber, and lifts the grit out of the pile. The treads dry with the rest of the house.
Kimball, Tunnel Hill, Cohutta and Graysville
Four small places, four borrowed postmarks. Kimball shares ZIP 37347 with Jasper, out at I-24 exit 152 where all of Marion County shops and eats. The 30755 postal area at Tunnel Hill straddles two counties and two school districts. Cohutta sits 13 miles north of Dalton, and Graysville is a mile south of the Tennessee line on South Chickamauga Creek. Each one rides along on its neighbor's route day.
Hopewell and the Highway 58 farm country
Hopewell mail reads Cleveland 37312, so it books onto the Cleveland route day, and the deal out there is the one you get everywhere else on the sheet: a technician who works for us, a clean that uses little enough water to be back underfoot within the hour, and love the clean or it's free. Further north, Birchwood is 35 miles up Highway 58, far enough that it goes on a scheduled day instead of a same-day slot. We would rather tell you that up front than pretend the drive does not exist.
Route and coverage questions
How far out from downtown do your vans actually go?
About 45 minutes is the honest edge of it. The far end of the sheet is Dunlap, 45 minutes over the top of the mountain on 127, and Sale Creek, 40 minutes up 27, and both of those go on set route days. Anything inside roughly half an hour gets scheduled like a normal job. Call 423-284-0493 with your address and you will get a yes, a no, or the next day headed your way.
Which counties are on your route sheet?
Four in Tennessee and three in Georgia. Hamilton County is the bulk of the work, with Bradley to the northeast, Marion west along I-24, and Sequatchie over the top of Walden Ridge. On the Georgia side it is Catoosa, Walker and Whitfield, which between them hold nine of our twenty-nine town pages. If your county is not on that list, we will say so rather than take the booking.
Is there a travel charge on the longer runs?
No. Three rooms start at $109 in Whitwell exactly as they do in downtown Chattanooga, and nothing is added for mileage or for crossing into Georgia. Add-ons hold steady too: stairs are typically $40 to $50 a flight, pet treatment is typically $30 to $40 per room and pet jobs typically start around $149, and you see the full figure in writing before any machine comes off the van. Distance only decides which day we get there.
My community has no page here. Are you still coming out?
Almost certainly. Walden, Falling Water, Kimball, Tunnel Hill, Cohutta, Graysville and Hopewell all sit on regular routes without a page of their own, mostly because they share a ZIP code with the town next door, and we book them onto that town's day. Book online to see live openings, or text 423-284-0493 with the full street address rather than the community name, and the job lands on the right route.
