Terms of service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms run one page, because there is not much to them. Nothing starts until you have seen the total and said yes to it, the work is done by a trained employee of ours on a low-moisture process that is safe on every care code, and you settle up once our technician finishes. If the clean disappoints you, it costs you nothing.

The walkthrough comes first

Our technician goes room by room with you first, counts the rooms and the flights of stairs and whatever else is on your list, reads the care tag on any sofa or rug so the method fits the fabric, then writes one total down before a machine comes through the door. That number is the one on your invoice at the end. Decide on the day to add the stairs or the sofa in the den and we price the addition, then wait for your yes before touching it.

The published sheet sits on our pricing page, the same sheet in every town we run: three rooms up to 450 square feet from $109, each room after that typically $40 to $50, stairs usually $40 to $50 by the flight, hallways around $20 to $30, pet work typically adding $30 to $40 per room from around $149, protectant or sanitizer typically $20 to $30 per room from around $119, and every visit starting at $99 whatever it holds. What the sheet cannot tell you is what your own carpet needs, which is why our technician walks it first.

Love the clean or it's free

Point at the area that bothers you and our technician returns and works it again, free. If the second pass still misses, the job costs you nothing. There is no claim form to fill in, and no deadline buried in small print.

The pet odor guarantee

Pet work carries a 100% pet odor removal guarantee on the spots we treated. Enzymes go after the protein the accident left behind, so the odor leaves with it rather than sitting under a scent. Smell it again in one of those same spots and we re-treat for nothing. An accident that happens after we drive away is a fresh job at the usual rate.

What a cleaning cannot undo

Some damage is not soil, and no chemistry brings it back. Bleach marks, spots where a household product stripped the dye, and burns are permanent: the damage is in the fiber itself, not sitting on top of it where a cleaning can reach. Delamination is the other one: the backing lets go of the pile, the floor ripples or opens along a seam, and that is a construction failure rather than dirt.

Worn traffic lanes clean up but stay duller than the rest of the room, because the fiber tips themselves are broken. Anything of this kind gets named during the walkthrough, so you hear it from our technician at the door rather than discovering it once the van has gone.

Getting in and getting parked

Somebody needs to be at the house at the start to walk the rooms and approve the total. If that cannot be you, approve the number by phone or text first, then leave word on how our technician gets in.

Parking earns its own line here. On a block with no driveway the van ends up at the curb and the equipment gets carried in from there, and on a steep lot the walk in is up a flight or two with the equipment. Neither one changes the price or the work: our technician still walks the rooms with you first, still cleans with the same low-moisture process, and the carpet is still dry in about an hour. Say so at booking if your block is tight or the door we need is round the back, and the visit gets planned around it.

Moving or cancelling an appointment

Plans slip. Call 423-284-0493 to shift or cancel a booking, or text the same number and we will find you another window. Neither one costs anything. The earlier you let us know, the better the chance that slot goes to another house on the same route.

Settling up at the end

The invoice falls due as the work finishes, and it matches the total you signed off on plus whatever you added while our technician was at the house. Nothing renews on its own, and nothing reaches your card that you have not seen first.

Who comes to the house

Our technicians are trained employees of this company, on our payroll, never subcontractors picked up for the day. They work 29 towns on both sides of the state line, four Tennessee counties and three in North Georgia, off one sheet. Crossing into Georgia adds nothing to your bill.

If a line on this page needs explaining, call 423-284-0493 or text the same number. Email lands with us too, at support@localprocleaner.com. The phone is answered Mon–Sat 8 AM–6 PM · Closed Sunday. The full price list lives on the pricing page, what we do with your details is set out in the privacy policy, and the home page covers the rest.
