Our Chattanooga Google profile holds a 4.9-star average across 510 reviews, and the separate Harrison profile runs 4.9 on its own. Every one of them was typed by a customer into their own Google account and stored on Google's servers. We cannot reword a kind one, hide a harsh one or move either up the page.

Our technician measures with you, you agree the total in writing, and it holds from there: no line added for the drive out to Dunlap, none for crossing into Georgia, none for the fiber your rug happens to be made of.

We would rather be judged on the floor. Clean the carpet, pack the van, and whatever a customer decides to write is what the next family on that street reads. Slow weeks and good ones land on the same public listing.

Love the clean or it's free only means something while we can still get a van back to your street, so we would far rather fix a floor on Tuesday than read about it on Friday. Mon-Sat, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Two profiles, two ratings, kept apart
Harrison has its own verified Google Business Profile, its own phone number and its own count, 4.9 stars on Google. Those figures stay separate on purpose. The 510 on the Chattanooga listing do not prop Harrison up, and Harrison's 71 do not inflate the Chattanooga average. The Harrison page carries that profile's numbers, because somebody out by Chickamauga Lake should read what their own neighbors said about the technician who cleaned their floor, not what the main listing said.

Can a company delete a Google review it does not like?
No. Every review sits on Google's servers under the customer's own account. A business can flag one that breaks Google's posted policy, and that is the whole extent of it. We cannot edit the wording, change a rating or push a harsh one down the page. That limit is what makes a public average worth reading.
Why does Harrison show a different star count?
Harrison runs on its own verified Google Business Profile, with its own phone number and its own review history, 4.9 stars on Google. It stays separate from the 500-plus on the main Chattanooga profile, so neither listing averages the other one out.
