First things first

Less water in, more soil out, and an hour to dry

Carpet cleaning in Chattanooga starts at $109 for three rooms, which covers 450 square feet of carpet in total. Almost no water goes into the fiber, so the floor is walkable again about an hour after we finish.

Our technicians live and work in Chattanooga, TN, so the whole city is a short run for them. The city still crosses end to end in about twenty minutes, which means a morning job under Lookout Mountain and an afternoon job out past Missionary Ridge is an ordinary Tuesday. Call 423-284-0493 with your room count, or text 423-284-0493 a photo of the worst spot in the house and we will quote from that.

How the process works is laid out on the carpet cleaning page. The short version is that nothing soapy is left behind to catch next month's dirt.

Our Promise

If the clean doesn't satisfy you, the visit is free.

Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.

What we are walking into

Every kind of carpet in one city, and one process safe for all of it

Freshly cleaned bedroom carpet in a Chattanooga house

Two jobs on the same day here rarely look alike. One is a wool loop in a St. Elmo bedroom, the next is builder-grade carpet in four bedrooms out past the ridge, and the one after that is a stair runner with years of foot traffic in it. One price sheet, three different fibers, three different ways of handling them.

Carpet and rugs carry a fiber and a care code the same way a sofa does, and W, S, WS and X each call for a different approach. Low moisture suits all four of them, solvent-only fabrics and delicate weaves included. The good rug in the dining room goes on the same ticket as the hallway.

The clean itself goes deeper than a soapy pass. The solution breaks the film that holds soil to the fiber, agitation frees it, and the lift takes it up and out of the pile instead of pushing it down toward the backing. That floor stays clean about three times longer.

The solutions are kind to a floor that a toddler and a dog will be back on the same morning. None of that changes from one end of the city to the other.

The job this city asks for most

The between-tenants clean in a house that was cut into units

A lot of Chattanooga rents, and a good part of that is in houses that were divided into units and duplexes long before we got here. That fills the calendar with turnovers: one lease ends, the next begins, and in the days between them a floor has to be cleaned, dried and ready to show.

We can usually picture the unit before we see it. Narrow stairs with a runner down the middle, two carpeted bedrooms upstairs, a front door that opens straight onto the sidewalk with nowhere to park but the street. The crew carries the gear in from the curb and starts on the stairs, because that is where four tenants' worth of traffic piles up.

The other half of the job is the date, and nobody in the conversation picked it. The lease did. Give us the day the next tenant gets keys and we schedule backwards from it, and the unit is walkable the same morning we finish. That whole side of the work lives on the move-out and between-tenants page.

A dog leaves the deepest mark on an empty unit, and it is the one thing a property manager smells before anything else registers. Pet stain and odor treatment goes onto most of those jobs. The enzyme digests what soaked down into the backing, so the room stops smelling of dog instead of smelling of dog and air freshener, and the odor side is covered by our 100% pet odor removal guarantee.

Before and after

The same two frames, every time

Our technicians photograph a floor before they start and again once they are done. The owner went through that whole file and picked the pairs below. Real customers, our own crews, no picture library.

The floor was buried in white debris and dirt; now the carpet is clear and even all the way down the room.BeforeAfter
The floor was buried in white debris and dirt; now the carpet is clear and even all the way down the room.
The grey film and all the building grit are gone, and the floor is back to an even, clean tan right up to the edges.BeforeAfter
The grey film and all the building grit are gone, and the floor is back to an even, clean tan right up to the edges.

Three shots repeat more than any others: the gray lane worn down a hallway, the dark center of a stair runner, and the ring where a dog slept by the back door. They repeat because the problems repeat, and because it is the same process every one of our crews runs on every job.

What a rug is woven from changes how it is handled, never what it is worth to us. A wool loop, a silk piece and an Oriental your grandmother carried home all get the same unhurried pass as the machine-made one by the back door, and the work happens where the rug already lies, in the room it lives in, so nothing of yours ever leaves the house. The rest of it sits on the in-home rug cleaning page.

Furniture gets read before it gets cleaned, and the care tag on every piece is where the technician starts. Anything we are not confident about, you hear about at the door. The full list is on the upholstery page, and one sentence sits behind every line of it: love the clean or it's free.

Towns next door to Chattanooga

Red Bank is straight up Dayton Boulevard, Hixson is across the river off 153, and East Ridge is ten minutes out Ringgold Road through the Bachman Tubes. Same van, same crew, same guarantee, one of 29 towns on our list.

Addresses here get given by ridge before they get given by road. Missionary Ridge on one side and Lookout Mountain on the other are how people place a house, and we do the same when we route a day. Tell us the nearest ridge and the street name and we will already have a fair idea of the floor we are coming to. If somebody in the house wants the bedrooms taken a step past clean, the allergy treatment is low moisture like everything else we do, with solutions mild enough for the children and animals who sleep in those rooms.

Stays cleaner 3× Longer between cleanings on average vs. a soapy conventional clean

Ever had carpet turn sticky a week after a cleaning?

That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.

✓Nothing sticky left behindOur low-moisture process uses a fraction of the water and leaves the fiber clean and bare, so there's no soapy film for dirt to cling to.
✓Stays cleaner about 3× longerOn average, carpet cleaned our way holds its look about three times longer between visits than carpet left with detergent residue in it.
✓No re-soiling a month laterThe gray path that reappears a few weeks after a cleaning is almost always residue pulling soil back. Take the residue away and it stops happening.
✓Dry in about an hourA fraction of the water means no soaked carpet and no box fans running all evening. Furniture, kids and dogs are back on it the same afternoon.

Questions Chattanooga callers ask

Where do you park on a Highland Park street with no driveway?

At the curb out front, the same as everyone else on the block. Our gear is portable and rolls in from wherever the van is parked, so a street space near the house is all it takes. If the block fills up by evening, tell us that when you book and we will start you early in the day instead. Nothing crosses the yard and nothing blocks a neighbor in.

Can you turn a duplex unit around between two leases?

Yes, and it is a large share of what we do inside the city. An empty unit is the quickest version of the job: three rooms from $109 up to 450 square feet, stairs typically $40 to $50 a flight, and a dated receipt itemized room by room for the tenant file. Carpet is dry about an hour later, so an 8 AM start is safe for an afternoon showing. Book both halves of a duplex together and it is one trip with two separate receipts.

What does low moisture actually mean on a flight of stairs?

It means very little water goes into the fiber, so nothing soaks down into the tread or runs over the nose of a step. Stairs typically run $40 to $50 per flight, and they are usually the hardest-worked surface in a house, because every trip up or down lands on the same few inches of each step. The technician works each tread on its own and lifts the soil up and out, and the flight is back in use before the morning is over.

Do you work St. Elmo and Fort Wood in the same week?

Every week, and often on the same day. Our technicians are local to the city, and it crosses end to end in roughly twenty minutes. Our hours are Mon-Sat 8 AM to 6 PM, with Sunday off. Call 423-284-0493 and ask for the next open morning.

Who actually shows up at the door, your people or a subcontractor?

Our own employees, every time. The technician who cleans your carpet is on our payroll, trained on our process and driving our equipment, and there is no third party sent out under our name. That matters more than it sounds, because the person at the door is the one choosing the method for each fiber and standing behind the written price. If the clean is not right, they come back and make it right, and if it is still not right, it is free.
