Carpet cleaning in Middle Valley starts at $109 for a three-room job, 450 square feet of floor all told. The hallway that runs the whole length of these houses is counted on its own, so the one lane doing all the work can be cleaned without the rooms behind the doors.
Our Promise
Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.
By the piece
Getting up the valley
Downtown Chattanooga sits twelve or thirteen miles below you, and the drive runs twenty to twenty-five minutes on a normal weekday. The crew takes TN-153 across to Hixson Pike, or comes straight up Middle Valley Road when the work is on the low side of the valley.
Hixson Pike is SR 319 on a map. It leaves Hixson 3.7 miles above 153, covers another 3.3 miles through here, then crosses into Lakesite. So when the van passes Middle Valley Elementary on Thrasher Pike it is three miles short of Lakesite and already parked in your half of the valley.
A three-room visit covers 450 square feet counted across all of them, though one bedroom and the hall is still worth the run up the valley. Tell us the room count and roughly how long your hall is on 423-284-0493, and we will walk you through what the work involves and how long it takes.
Then comes the walk-through. The technician goes down the hall with you, works out what the lane has actually lost and what it has only collected, and says which rooms need doing and which are fine left alone. That is how all 72 jobs we closed across this market in the past 90 days began. You can also take a slot yourself and book online.
How the clean works
Most carpet cleaning fails in one of two ways. Either the machine drenches the pile and leaves the backing wet for a day, or it leaves soap behind that dries sticky and drags the next month of dirt straight back into the lane. Our process avoids both, and a Middle Valley hall stays clean after we leave.
A measured amount of solution goes into the fiber, works the soil loose at the base of the pile where a vacuum cannot reach, and is lifted back out with the dirt. Nothing is pushed down into the backing and nothing sticky stays in the fiber. Carpet cleaned this way stays clean roughly three times longer.
It is also safer for the carpet itself. Our technician reads the care tag before the first pass and matches the method to the fiber and its cleaning code, whether that is a synthetic hall carpet, a wool area rug in the den, or a piece of furniture marked S for solvent only. Low moisture never gets a fiber wet enough to shrink or wick, so the same careful approach covers all of them.
The person doing it is one of our own trained technicians, never a subcontractor, and the solutions are non-toxic, with nothing left down in the fiber for a crawling baby or a dog to pick up. There is no mayor and no city hall in Middle Valley, but there is a standard, and that is it.
The hallway
Most houses here follow a single logic. Front door, one unbroken run of carpet down a central hall, bedrooms off both sides, den at the back. That hall ends up the most tired-looking floor in the building while the rooms behind the doors still look close to new.
Carpet laid like that does not wear evenly. It wears in one narrow lane, door to door, because everybody in the house walks the same three feet of it every day, and the dog follows the same line.
A lane like that is rarely finished. It is loaded. Years of grit have been pressed down to the roots of the pile, below anything a vacuum gets to, and the fiber lies flat over the top of it, so the lane reads gray against the room on either side. Our low-moisture carpet cleaning pulls that load out and stands the pile up again, with a high-traffic treatment worked into the stretch where the worst of it sits.
Where the hall has been the dog's route as much as yours, pet stain and odor treatment goes after what has soaked down into the backing, and it carries our guarantee of 100% pet odor removal. Most households also have a bedroom or two that see little traffic, and those rooms go quickly. They are usually what rounds out a three-room visit.
Shot on the job
These are our own frames. The technician shoots the floor before the first pass and again once the room is finished, and the owner picked what sits on this page out of everything our crews have taken. Real customers, real rooms, nothing styled for a camera.

Prices
A three-room job to 450 square feet starts at $109. After that: typically $40 to $50 for an ordinary room, around $50 to $100 for a big one, typically $40 to $50 on each flight of stairs. The hallway is typically $20 to $30 and sits on a line of its own, which matters more here than anywhere else we work, because the hall is often the only thing in the house that needs doing.
Area rugs start at $1 for every square foot of them, and the fiber does not shift that rate. Wool, silk and hand-knotted Oriental all start at the same dollar. Rug cleaning happens flat on the floor the rug already lives on, inside your house. Nothing you own leaves the property.
Furniture goes piece by piece. A sofa starts at $140 and a sectional at $240, while a loveseat is $110 and up and a recliner typically $40 to $50. Booked alongside the carpet, upholstery cleaning is one trip and one total. Protectant typically runs $20 to $30 a room, sanitizer the same, and a visit with either one starts at $119. Pet stain and odor treatment typically adds $30 to $40 on each affected room, with those visits starting around $149. An allergy treatment fits on the same trip for the dust that hall traffic grinds in, and every figure on this page also lives on our pricing page.
One more thing about how we work. The technician who writes the quote is the one who does the job.

from $1093 rooms cleaned
We cover every address in Middle Valley and all 29 towns on our routes — the same trained technicians and the same guarantee at every one of them.
That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
On its own. A hallway typically runs $20 to $30 and sits outside the room count, so you can have the hall done without paying for three rooms you did not need. Three rooms start at $109 and cover 450 square feet between them, if you do want them, and every visit starts at $99. In most Middle Valley houses the hall has done all the work, and pricing it by itself is the only honest way to handle that.
Most of the time, and further than people expect. A gray lane is usually loaded rather than finished, with years of grit packed into the base of the pile and the fiber lying flat over the top of it. We work that out and stand the pile back up, and high-traffic treatment for the stubborn stretches is typically $20 to $30 for the room. Where the fiber itself has genuinely gone, our technician tells you at the walk-through instead of taking your money for it.
Yes. Everything we put down is non-toxic and eco-friendly, chosen for a household where the dog sleeps on the hall carpet and the kids are playing on it an hour later. Low moisture helps here too: the pile is left damp, and there is no soapy residue left in the fiber for small hands or paws to pick up. If you want the floor treated as well as cleaned, an antibacterial sanitizer is typically $20 to $30 a room, with a visit carrying it starting at $119.
Little enough to walk on the floor in about an hour. Our low-moisture clean meters out only what the pile needs to let go of the soil, never enough to reach the backing, so the carpet is only damp to the touch when we finish. It also leaves no soapy residue in the fiber to grab the next week of dirt. Nothing of yours has to be carried out of the house for any of it.
Yes. Thrasher Pike is the cross street our Middle Valley days run off, past the elementary school at 1609 Thrasher Pike and out to the streets on both sides of it. Every 37343 and 37379 address up here is inside the normal route and the price does not move from one street to the next: three rooms from $109, typically $20 to $30 for the hall. We are out Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday. Call or text 423-284-0493 with an address and we will tell you how the week looks.
Nearby
Lakesite is three miles north where the Pike keeps going. Hixson is back south toward 153, and Soddy-Daisy is further up the valley. Dallas Bay takes the eastern side, and Hamilton County put its first courthouse near that water, at what is now Chester Frost Park. Big Ridge is the wall east of you and Walden Ridge the wall west, which is where the valley and its name come from. We run 29 towns in all, and Middle Valley gets the same method and the same guarantee as every one of them.
