Plainly put

Exit 348, and the same process on every floor in 30736

Carpet cleaning in Ringgold, Georgia starts at $109 for three rooms, 450 square feet of floor. We take I-75 south to exit 348, roughly twenty-five minutes from downtown Chattanooga, and the crew that pulls into your driveway is the one working Catoosa County all week.

What you are getting is a deeper clean. The lane is pre-treated so the packed soil lets go of the fiber, worked at the base of the pile, then lifted out with very little water, and the pile is groomed back upright before our technician moves to the next room.

Call 423-284-0493 when you would sooner say it out loud, or send your room count to 423-284-0493 and we will tell you what the visit involves and how long it takes. Most of what we do here is whole-house carpet cleaning, with the odd sofa or sectional added while we are already parked.

Our Promise

If the clean doesn't satisfy you, the visit is free.

Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.

Where things are

The depot, the gap and the interstate

Directions here get given three ways: off exit 348, along Nashville Street, which is US-41 and US-76 running through the middle of town, or past the depot. The street name is still the address people give when they want to be understood.

The Historic Ringgold Train Depot dates from 1849, and the city rents it now for weddings, receptions and community meetings, which makes it the closest thing the town has to a shared front room. Ringgold Gap and the Wedding Chapel sit in the same short list of things everybody can point to.

Plenty of what brings people into Ringgold has nothing to do with living here, and the houses nearest the middle of town wear that traffic. A front room three streets off the main drag sees more shoes in a week than one out on a county road sees in a month.

Then there is the interstate, which sets the shape of the day. Exit 348 is the commuter valve toward Chattanooga first thing and the Atlanta run the rest of the day. Our crews come down it every morning. Crossing the Georgia line is our commute, not a trip.

The work

Light carpet, wool rugs, and the care tag that decides the method

Ringgold hands us two kinds of floor more than any other town on our routes. Light builder-grade carpet in the newer subdivisions, which shows its lanes early and forgives nothing. And wool or hand-knotted rugs in the houses nearer the depot, which forgive nothing either, in the opposite direction. Our technician checks each one before choosing how to clean it.

On the builder carpet the enemy is packed soil. Traffic lanes go flat in the same two places, the run in front of the laundry grays out first, and the back bedrooms still look close to new because nobody walks in them. That is a maintenance question, not a dead floor. A low-moisture clean lifts most of the lane back and the pile then holds that clean roughly three times as long as it would after a soapy wash.

On the rugs the enemy is too much water. The code on the rug decides everything. A W will take water in the solution, an S will not and gets solvent instead, a WS is comfortable with either, and an X is cleaned dry. Our process is safe on all four because it never soaks the foundation, and the rug stays in the room it already lies in and is worked flat where it sits.

White Oak Plantation is gated, with a clubhouse, a pool and sidewalks that run the whole way, and Hawks View, Woodgate, Hillcrest Park and The Grove are all still adding houses. Sodded yards and continuous sidewalks mean less mud at the door, so those houses mostly ask for lane work: light carpet that shows traffic early, plus pet treatment for the dog that came with the new house, and the odd area rug cleaned right there on the floor it already lies on.

The solutions are non-toxic, mild enough for a floor that children and animals sit on every day, and the person doing the work is our own employee, trained by us, not somebody hired for the day.

Nothing from a library

Real jobs, photographed on the day

The owner looked through every before and after our crews hold and kept the ones worth showing. Each one was taken by the technician who cleaned that floor, on a real customer job, at the moment the work was done. Nothing here came from a photo library.

Ringgold pricing

What's included, and what you can add

One price list for 30736, same as every town we serve. Add-ons are optional and every one of them is named out loud before the work starts.

What you are bookingStarting at
Three rooms, 450 sq ft of floorfrom $109
Room four onward, eachtypically $40–$50
Large roomtypically $50–$100
Hallwaytypically $20–$30
Stairs, per flighttypically $40–$50
High-traffic treatment, per roomtypically $20–$30
Protectant, per room (visit starts at $119)typically $20–$30
Area rugs, cleaned in the homefrom $1 a sq ft

Rugs never leave your house. Wool, silk, hand-knotted Oriental or a polyester one from a big-box store, the rate starts at the same dollar a foot and the job is done on the floor it already lies on. Rental turns get their own page over at move-out carpet cleaning, and the churches and offices around the courthouse square are handled through commercial carpet cleaning.

Love the clean or it is free. There is no small print running underneath that sentence.

Stays cleaner 3× Longer between cleanings on average vs. a soapy conventional clean

Ever had carpet turn sticky a week after a cleaning?

That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.

✓Nothing sticky left behindOur low-moisture process uses a fraction of the water and leaves the fiber clean and bare, so there's no soapy film for dirt to cling to.
✓Stays cleaner about 3× longerOn average, carpet cleaned our way holds its look about three times longer between visits than carpet left with detergent residue in it.
✓No re-soiling a month laterThe gray path that reappears a few weeks after a cleaning is almost always residue pulling soil back. Take the residue away and it stops happening.
✓Dry in about an hourA fraction of the water means no soaked carpet and no box fans running all evening. Furniture, kids and dogs are back on it the same afternoon.

Questions Ringgold homeowners ask

What does a deeper clean actually mean when you say it?

It means the soil leaves the house instead of moving lower in the carpet. A gray lane is mostly fine grit packed at the base of the pile, and a machine that pours water through it drives as much down into the backing as it lifts. Our technician pre-treats the lane so the soil lets go, draws it up out of the pile on a small amount of solution, and grooms the fiber upright before moving on. Nothing sticky is left behind in the pile. Three rooms start at $109, up to 450 square feet, and you get the number in writing first.

Will a flattened builder carpet stand back up after cleaning?

Usually, yes. Builder-grade nylon and polyester mat down under packed grit long before the carpet itself gives out, so that flat gray stripe through the den is soil sitting at the base of the pile. We clean it, groom the pile back up, and then you can see what you actually own. Protectant afterwards typically runs $20 to $30 a room, with a visit carrying it starting at $119, and it is the cheapest thing you can do for a floor that has time left.

Can you clean before a wedding weekend at the depot?

Yes, and we get asked here more than anywhere else we work. The depot and the wedding chapel keep Ringgold houses taking in out-of-town family most weekends of the year. Book the morning before the event and the house is back in use by lunch. We run Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Do you work inside White Oak Plantation?

We do. A gate is no trouble at all, we just need the code or a name at the clubhouse when the appointment is booked. White Oak Plantation, Hawks View, Woodgate, Hillcrest Park and The Grove are all inside 30736 and all on the same price list as everybody else. Three rooms from $109, and every add-on gets named and priced before we plug anything in.

How much does the drive from Chattanooga add to an appointment?

Nothing at all. Ringgold is roughly twenty-five minutes down I-75 to exit 348, and our crews cross into Georgia every working day, so there is no travel line on the invoice and no second price list for this side of the border. Same starting price of $109 for the first three rooms, same $99 starting point for any visit, same written quote before we start. Call or text 423-284-0493 and we will find you a time.
