Ooltewah, in one paragraph
LocalPro cleans three rooms of Ooltewah carpet from $109, up to 450 square feet between them. The drive is seventeen miles up I-75 to Exit 11, roughly twenty-three minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
The work is matched to the house. The technician counts the flights of stairs, sees how far the lanes have loaded up, and pre-treats them so the soil has let go before the low-moisture pass reaches it. Call 423-284-0493 and say how many carpeted rooms are upstairs and whether there is a bonus room over the garage. In an Ooltewah house that is usually the whole job.
Exit 11 sits on our standing east-county run, out along Ooltewah-Ringgold Road and up toward Mahan Gap. Most visits here cover more than wall-to-wall: area rugs are cleaned on your own floor and never carried out to a van, upholstery is cleaned in place by the same method, and pet stain and odor treatment goes after what soaked into the backing, behind a 100% odor removal guarantee.
Our Promise
Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.

Set out in advance
Every line below is what it costs in Ooltewah. Nothing on it changes because a technician saw the house.
| What we are cleaning | Starts at |
|---|---|
| Three rooms, up to 450 sq ft | from $109 |
| Each room after that | typically $40–50 |
| Large room, including a bonus room over the garage | typically $50–100 |
| Hallway | typically $20–30 |
| Stairs, per flight | typically $40–50 |
| High-traffic treatment, per room | typically $20–30 |
| Protectant, per room (visit starts at $119) | typically $20–30 |
| Pet stain and odor, per room (visit starts at $149) | typically $30–40 |
| Area rug, cleaned in the home, per sq ft | from $1 |
| Every visit | from $99 |
The bonus room is the line people forget to mention. In the plans production builders use out here it is often the largest carpeted space in the house, and it bills as a large room rather than an ordinary one. Say it on the phone and the quote comes back right the first time.
Stairs bill by the flight. A two-story on the flat ground east of I-75 has one run of them; the houses climbing toward White Oak Mountain sometimes have two, because the slope gives them a lower level. The whole sheet lives on our pricing page.
Whoever knocks is a LocalPro technician we hired and trained ourselves. The visit carries one promise too: love the clean or it's free. Point at anything you are unhappy with before he drives off. He puts it right there and then, and a visit that still falls short is one you are not charged for.
What is actually on the floor out here

Most of what we clean in 37363 is a production-built two-story from the last couple of decades, and that shapes the job before we arrive. The carpet is light, it is mostly polyester or a light nylon, and it was picked from the builder's sample book.
Light carpet shows soil early and forgives a careless clean not at all, so the method matters more here than anything about the house. Our technician reads the fiber and the care tag first: polyester gives up dry soil easily but holds oil, nylon does the opposite, and each gets a pre-treatment matched to it before the low-moisture pass. The pile is left just damp to the touch. Nothing we put down is harsh enough to worry about with children and a dog in the house.
Those houses were built to one repeating plan. Hard flooring runs through the entry, the kitchen and the great room, where visitors see it. The carpet is everywhere a visitor does not go: the stairs, the upstairs hall, the bedrooms and the bonus room. So the carpeted footage in an Ooltewah house is small, concentrated, and walked on constantly by the same feet in the same lines.
The subdivision names come up on the phone all day. Cambridge Square. The Villages and The Preserves at Savannah Bay. Hampton Creek, and The Hamptons inside Ooltewah Club. Shadow Creek Cottages on Bill Reed Road, and The Retreats at White Oak off Mahan Gap Road. Same plans, same builder carpet, same three gray lines through it.
The Ooltewah job
Most carpet in this ZIP is builder-grade, under fifteen years old, still with the family that picked the paint colors, and has never had anything on it but a rented machine. The reasoning is understandable. New house, so the carpet must be fine.
Meanwhile the ground outside is raw. Lots are still being graded next door. The widening of Apison Pike has had that corridor torn open for years. Ooltewah-Ringgold Road and Highway 64 carry construction traffic from breakfast until dark, and landscaping on a four-year-old lot has not filled in enough to catch any of it.
Dry dirt off lots cut open this month, and the fines that come off a construction road, are small enough to fall past the tips of a light pile and settle at the base of it. They leave no mark you can point at. They spread, and once they are spread they read as gray. Six feet away, the carpet under the bed still looks like the week it was laid.
That difference is dirt, not wear, and dirt comes out. We treat the lane first, work it, then lift it with very little water. Cleaned that way the carpet stays clean about three times longer, because there is no damp backing and no residue left down at the base for the next round to settle into. Here is how the low-moisture process works.
When carpet really is finished we say so at the door instead of taking the money. The tell is the twist: fiber that has gone flat and splayed under your hand stays flat after cleaning. In a four-to-eight-year-old house off Exit 11 we almost never find that. What we find is dirt.
Rentals run on their own clock. New apartment communities keep opening along the corridor, and the townhomes inside Ooltewah Club turn over on lease dates, so move-out cleans in Ooltewah land in clusters at the end of a month. Book those early and we hold the slot.

That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
Almost always dirty. Slide a nightstand away from the wall and put your hand on pile nobody walks on, then put it on the lane. If the two feel the same and only the color is different, the fiber still has its twist and what you are looking at is soil sitting down in it. Carpet that is genuinely finished feels flat and splayed even where no foot lands. Most of what we clean in 37363 is under fifteen years old, and the lane comes back.
Yes, with one honest caveat: it will load up again faster than a house on a street that finished five years ago. Fine grit is abrasive, and every month it sits down in the pile it works at the fiber. Twice a year while the lots fill in costs less than losing the twist for good. Once the yards next door are sodded and the trucks quit, most Ooltewah houses drop back to once a year.
Usually better than the owner is expecting. The carpet production builders put in these houses is mostly polyester, and polyester gives up dry soil more easily than a dense nylon does. Where it fights back is oil, because polyester holds onto it, so anything tracked in off a driveway or carried up from the kitchen needs treating before the machine reaches it. That is a pre-spray question, and the grade of the carpet has little to do with it.
We are on the road Monday through Saturday until 6, and the last starts of the day run late in the afternoon, so somebody finishing a shift at Enterprise South or McKee Foods can be home before we begin. Saturdays out here fill up first. Call or text 423-284-0493 with the day you want and ask for the last slot by name.
Fine dry dirt, construction dust and the grit that comes off tires on a road that has been open for years. All of it is sharp, small enough to drop to the base of the pile, and pale enough that it reads as gray once shoes have spread it down a lane. A vacuum takes the loose top layer. What stays is the part sitting against the backing, and that is the part a low-moisture clean is built to lift.
