How we get down here
Carpet cleaning in Flintstone starts at $109, which covers three rooms and 450 square feet of carpet across them. We run GA-193 down Chattanooga Valley Road with the Lookout Mountain brow up on the right, roughly twenty minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our own technicians work the valley six days a week, and they know which floors down here need the entry and the stair flights treated harder than the bedrooms.
When 193 is slow the crew comes around through Rossville instead, and either way downtown sits about twelve miles north of you. The state line is a mile or two above the valley and we cross it every working day, so a 30725 address goes on the board beside the Tennessee ones with no travel line on the invoice.
Call 423-284-0493, say how many carpeted rooms you have and how many staircases, and we will tell you what the visit involves. The phone is answered Monday to Saturday, eight in the morning until six in the evening, and we rest on Sunday. Our technician walks the house with you first, checks what the carpet is made of before anything comes off the van, and starts only once you are happy with the plan for it. This week's openings sit on the online booking page.
Our Promise
Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.

What the visit includes
Three rooms start at $109 together, with 450 square feet of carpet allowed across them. Beyond those, each room typically adds $40 to $50 and a large open den around $50 to $100. A staircase is typically $40 to $50 for the flight, and hallways usually sit at $20 to $30.
Lanes that have gone gray get high-traffic work, typically $20 to $30 a room. Protectant usually runs $20 to $30 a room as well, on a visit starting at $119. Pet treatment is typically $30 to $40 per affected room, and a pet visit starts around $149, backed by the 100% pet odor removal guarantee.
Area rugs typically run, on average, $1 to $2 a square foot whatever they are woven from, the wool and the Oriental pieces included. They get cleaned flat in the room they already live in, and nothing of yours goes back down the drive with us. Sofas start at $140, and furniture goes on the same appointment, so we make one run down the valley.
Every visit starts at $99, and the rest of the line items are set out on the price list. Nothing starts until the written total has your yes on it, and the promise under all of it is short enough to remember: love the clean or it's free.
What a valley visit covers
Houses in the valley sit on big lots, and lot size decides how a house gets used. There is no sidewalk anywhere in Flintstone, so the walk from the car to the door crosses a long drive, paved or unpaved, and then grass, in every kind of weather, and all of it ends up on the carpet just inside the door.

People come in the side of the house, through the carport into a utility room or a kitchen. That drops a whole day's dirt onto one square yard of carpet. In a split-level there is a short flight between every part of the house, so a family climbs a staircase twenty times a day without once thinking about it.
So a valley job starts at the door people actually use. The technician goes room to room with you first, then treats the entry, the hall and the flights as their own pieces of work, so the bedrooms that barely get walked get a lighter touch than the lanes that carry the household. Every solution we put on the floor is mild enough that a crawling baby and the family dog have the room back the same afternoon, and the person putting it there works for us.
The valley is unincorporated, with a post office since 1891 and no city government at all, which is a point locals enjoy making about the towns around them. It makes no difference to the work: a Georgia address sits on the board like any other, and it gets the same trained technician as a house in town.
How the clean works
A lane goes gray from the bottom of the pile up.
Whatever crosses a long drive on a boot, a paw or a bike tire ends up in the same three places every time: inside the carport door, the length of the hall, and the stair treads, where it is driven in at an angle under a person's full weight on the nose of each step. A household vacuum takes what is sitting on top and leaves the rest down at the roots, pressing the pile flat and dull.
A wet, soapy wash makes it worse. It pushes the packed soil deeper, leaves a sticky film through the fiber, and the lane is gray again within weeks because the film catches everything that walks over it.
Our low-moisture carpet cleaning does the opposite. The solution loosens what is bonded to the fiber, the machine lifts it up and out from under the surface, and almost no water goes back into the floor, so it is dry to walk on in about an hour. With nothing left behind to hold the next week's dirt, the clean lasts about three times as long. The same low-moisture process is what we use on your rugs and furniture, and it is safer for every cleaning code, W, S, WS and X, because the technician matches the solution to the fabric before a drop goes down.

from $1093 rooms cleaned
We cover every address in Flintstone and all 29 towns on our routes — the same trained technicians and the same guarantee at every one of them.
That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
Because of how it gets walked on. There are no sidewalks in the valley and most drives are long, so whatever is on the ground outside comes in on shoes and paws, drops to the bottom of the pile and works against the fiber every time somebody crosses the room. A vacuum takes the loose part. Our low-moisture process lifts the packed part out from the base of the pile, and high-traffic treatment for the worst lanes typically runs $20 to $30 a room.
That is exactly what it is built for. The solution goes on, gets a few minutes to loosen what is bonded to the fiber, and the machine lifts it up and out rather than driving water down through it. Because nothing soapy is left behind, the pile has nothing sticky in it to hold the next month of dirt. The room is walkable again the same day, and the solution is non-toxic and safe for the kids and the dog.
In most split-levels, yes. A staircase funnels the whole household onto a few square feet, and the weight lands on the front edge of each tread, so grit gets ground in at an angle. Stairs are typically $40 to $50 a flight. Plenty of people here have us do the flights and the two worst rooms rather than the whole house every visit, and the treads dry as fast as the rooms do.
They are the same place and we clean all of it. Flintstone, Chattanooga Valley and ZIP 30725 all mean the valley floor between the Lookout Mountain brow and the ridges east of you, up to the state line at the north end. Chattanooga Valley Road, Allgood Road and Nick-A-Jack Road are all on our route. Three rooms start at $109 whichever name is on your address, and we do not add a line for the miles.
Usually, and you will know where yours lands before you spend anything. Fiber that has been cut through does not grow back. But most of what reads as worn out in a lane is grit packed at the base holding the pile flat and gray, and once that is gone the color and the spring come back further than people expect. If a room is genuinely past helping, our technician tells you at the walk-through rather than taking the job.
Nearby
Two towns called Lookout Mountain sit on the brow above you, one in Georgia and one across the line in Tennessee, and both are on our route. Chickamauga is further south. Weekend traffic for Rock City and Ruby Falls runs above and around the valley, and we schedule Saturdays down here knowing you already drive around it. Flintstone, GA is one of 29 towns we publish routes to, and the valley is worked to the same standard as every one of them.
