Three rooms cover 450 square feet between them, which is the whole carpeted floor of most apartments here, and the same low-moisture pass carries on into the rooms past that, the hallway and each flight of stairs. The two college turnover weeks

Student rentals change hands in early May and again in mid-August, and around Lee University that means hundreds of units turning inside the same two weeks. Most of them are a couple of bedrooms, a hallway and a flight of stairs, which is the job our crews run all year, only stacked ten deep on the calendar. Each one gets the full low-moisture clean, not a quick pass because the next unit is waiting.

If you own in that pocket, reserve the week rather than the day. A held slot can be moved; a full calendar cannot. Carpet cleaning in Cleveland runs about 35 minutes up I-75 from downtown Chattanooga.

Collegedale brings the second wave around Southern Adventist University. One local rule we work around rather than argue with: household work there finishes before sundown Friday. So we book those turnovers Monday through Thursday, or early enough on Friday to be packed up well before the light goes. We are closed Sunday either way, and those units get the same visit as everybody else.
