Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Specialist
Next available in Cleveland · same times for every tech
These are our live openings — booking takes under two minutes. Pick a day and a time and the job goes on our board. No phone tag, no waiting around for a callback.
Rather talk it through, or need a time you don't see? Call 423-284-0493 or text the same number — we answer Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Start here
Carpet cleaning in Cleveland, TN starts at $109 for three rooms up to 450 square feet. The technician who arrives is on our own payroll and driving our own equipment, and what goes on the floor is safe for the next tenant's toddler to crawl on. We are up this way most weeks of the year.
The drive runs about thirty-five minutes from downtown Chattanooga, which matters less than where we come off the interstate. Exit 20 puts us on APD-40 for the south side and the streets around Lee. Exit 25 is the Paul Huff side. A house off Peerless Road and an apartment near Five Points are two different mornings for us, and that is how we build the day.
Call 423-284-0493 with the address and the deadline you are working against. We walk the rooms first, measure what is actually carpeted, put the total on paper, and get going once you have said yes to it. Our low-moisture carpet cleaning puts a fraction of the water into a floor that a soapy machine does, and the clean holds roughly three times longer.
Our Promise
Not a credit toward next time. Not a manager who stops returning calls. Tell us what fell short, we come back and redo it at no charge, and if it still isn't right, we tear up the invoice and you owe nothing.
By the piece
One visit apart
The left frame is what a household had been living with. The right one is the same floor after a single visit, shot by the technician who did the work.

Early May and mid-August
About half of Lee University's undergraduates sleep somewhere other than campus. The Pentecostal Theological Seminary puts its own households into the same streets. Cleveland does not get a steady trickle of move-outs spread across the year the way most towns this size do. It gets two hard windows, early May and the middle of August, when hundreds of near-identical units change hands inside the same two weeks.
If you own any of those units, the deadline belongs to somebody else. One lease ran out Saturday, the next one starts Monday, and the carpet has to be done and dry in the gap between them. Miss it and you are either eating a week of rent or showing a unit you would rather nobody saw.
So we book this town in blocks. Send the addresses and the handover dates and your units go on one route in the order they come free, each one closed out with a dated, itemized receipt for the tenant file. It is the same paperwork behind our between-tenants carpet cleaning, run against a Bradley County calendar. Those two weeks fill before the rest of the month does, so early dates beat good intentions.
The work itself
A lot of the addresses the off-campus half of Lee ends up in stopped being one household a long time ago. A front parlor became somebody's living room on a twelve-month lease. A staircase built for one family now carries four. That changes how we work more than most people expect.
Shared stairs and narrow halls absorb the traffic a bigger house spreads across a whole floor, so they are the first thing we look at and usually the thing that decides whether a unit shows well. The soil in a lane like that has been walked down into the pile for a year, and a soapy pass only moves it around. Ours breaks the film holding it, works it loose and lifts it up and out.
We keep the water out. Low moisture, no blowers left humming in a unit nobody has moved into yet, and nothing put down that is not safe for the next tenant's kids and dog. If a room still looks tired when we are done, we say so rather than bill you for a miracle.
Unit by unit
In most of the units near Ocoee Street the first three rooms are the whole carpeted floor. Everything past that is optional, named while the technician is walking the rooms with you, and set down on paper before a machine comes through the door. We work Monday through Saturday, 8 to 6.
| What the visit includes | Starting at |
|---|---|
| Three rooms, up to 450 sq ft between them | from $109 |
| Each room after the third | typically $40–$50 |
| Large room | typically $50–$100 |
| Hallway | typically $20–$30 |
| Stairs, per flight | typically $40–$50 |
| Pet stain and odor, per room (pet visits from $149) | typically $30–$40 |
| Area rugs, cleaned on your own floor | from $1 a sq ft |
| Dining chair / recliner / sofa | from $10 / typically $40–$50 / from $140 |
| Every visit | from $99 |
Pet work is the add-on we suggest most often on an empty rental, and the 100% pet odor removal guarantee comes with it. The enzyme breaks urine down where it soaked in. That is what an empty unit needs when it has to smell like nothing at all on handover day, and it is the whole of pet stain and odor treatment.
A rug is treated by what it is made of, so wool, silk and a hand-knotted Oriental all get the same steady handling as the one from the big-box store. We work them flat where they already lie, which is why rug cleaning on your own floor means nothing of yours leaves the house.
Furniture goes piece by piece, with the method on each one set by what its own code allows, so upholstery cleaning rides along on the same visit. Offices along the Keith Street strip fall under commercial carpet cleaning, priced in writing before we start.
Love the clean or it's free.

Where we end up
North Ocoee Street and Centenary Avenue are the historic-district work, and Inman Street ties them to Five Points, where the Museum Center sits at 200 Inman. Keith Street and North Lee Highway are the retail spine, with Paul Huff Parkway running into it from the interstate. Nobody here gives directions by route number; they say APD-40, so that is what goes in our notes.
On the north and east side we are regularly on Peerless Road, Adkisson Drive, Freewill Road and out along Benton Pike. The newer subdivisions sit up that way too: The Trails at Freewill at the corner of Freewill Road and Candies Lane, the gated Eagle Creek off Eagle Creek Road NW, and Falcon Crest. Bigger plans mean more carpet and a longer appointment than a downtown turn, which is why we ask for the square footage on the phone.

Who shows up
The person at your door is our own trained, insured LocalPro employee in a company shirt — respectful of your home, careful with everything from the doorway in, and willing to talk you through what your carpet needs before a machine is switched on.
from $1093 rooms cleaned
We cover every address in Cleveland and all 29 towns on our routes — the same trained technicians and the same guarantee at every one of them.
That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
Usually inside two business days, and sometimes the same day if you catch us before the route is set. Carpet is dry roughly an hour after the last pass, so a unit cleaned at nine in the morning can be walked at noon and handed over that afternoon. Three rooms start at $109 together and cover 450 square feet between them; every visit starts at $99. For the first week of May and the middle of August, send the dates as early as you have them.
Yes, and a good share of our Cleveland work is exactly that. Plenty of the houses on and around North Ocoee Street and Centenary Avenue are split into separate units, so we plan for locked interior doors, shared landings and one staircase carrying four households. Each unit gets its own written price and its own receipt. Stairs typically run $40 to $50 a flight, hallways around $20 to $30, and the low-moisture process means nothing is left soaking in a floor that four households walk on every day.
Yes, and grouping them is the sensible way to do it. One arrival, one setup, one drive, and you still get a separate dated receipt for every address or unit number, itemized by room and treatment, so each tenant file stands on its own. Send the unit list with the handover dates and the whole block comes back as one written quote. The price per unit does not move because they are stacked together: three rooms start at $109 on each one.
No. Cleveland is about thirty-five minutes from downtown Chattanooga and it sits on our regular routes, so a Bradley County address pays what a downtown address pays. Three rooms from $109, then typically $40 to $50 for an extra room, $50 to $100 for a large room, and stairs at typically $40 to $50 a flight. Every visit starts at $99. The only thing the distance changes is which exit we come off at, and that is our problem to sort out, not a line on your bill.
Every week. The 37312 side is the subdivision half of the city, and those plans carry a lot more carpet than a downtown unit, so the jobs usually go past three rooms: extra rooms typically run $40 to $50, large rooms $50 to $100, and an area rug starts at $1 a square foot, done inside the house. The technician reads the tag on the rug and on any sofa you add before starting, because the fiber and the care code decide how each one is handled.
